Peak Oil Thriller?

It’s an oddly innovative idea for a book to have a trailer, but this one does. The book is called “Last Light” and it’s written by Alex Scarrow. It’s a fictional peak oil thriller that has the odd distinction of being available only as a pre-order or used on Amazon. (Our Neighbors to the North and our Friends across the Pond have had access to it since summer.) The reviews I’ve found are all pretty good.

Alex Scarrow also writes an interesting blog on the challenges of breaking into the fiction writing world.

Thanks to J for the tip…

My sweetie wants to thank both of you for this. Watching it resulted in a sleepless night of mentally going through a checklist of what we’d need to take if things played out this way. He was not a happy camper in the morning! Kinda thinking I shouldn’t get the book…
